Arbor Property Management is seeking a Property Manager for the Houston area who will lead the property operations and maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will direct leasing, maintenance, financial management, compliance, and team development while protecting the owner's investment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Real Estate or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of multifamily property management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, financial management, customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills; knowledge of Fair Housing and multifamily operations.

This position provides leadership for all property operations by directing leasing, maintenance, financial management, resident relations, compliance, and team development while protecting the owner's investment and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
