Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties in Las Vegas. You will ensure resident satisfaction, manage leases, rent collection, and vendor contracts while maintaining strong financial performance and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, implementing marketing plans to attract residents, and coordinating with the corporate office on operations and safety.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or higher.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Prior experience with property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management), property P&L, and property marketing in accordance with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision to develop their potential.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand and adhere to the operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and issues, and liaise with residents and corporate on maintenance and landlord rules.
