Job summary

HTG Management LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Florida affordable housing community. The role oversees financial performance, physical condition, and resident satisfaction, partnering with Centralized Leasing to maintain occupancy above 98%.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with maintenance, ensure compliance with LIHTC/HUD rules, and lead staff to deliver excellent resident service while controlling expenses and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC, HUD, HOME, SAIL regulations and Fair Housing requirements.
• Ability to prepare and manage budgets and explain variances.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite operations and 24/7 emergency response.
• Ensure units are market-ready and coordinated with leasing.
• Monitor maintenance, preventive maintenance, and vendor work.
• Prepare for inspections and coordinate capital projects.
• Administer collections, delinquencies, and notices per policy.
