Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of tax credit property management experience.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal property laws.
• Able to manage multiple properties with high performance and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA inspections weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Maintain building systems and supervise all repairs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple units, including 24/7 emergency response.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and read/interpret contracts.
• Administer rent collection and enforce rental agreements.
