Job summary

HTG Management LLC seeks a Centralized Senior Leasing Manager to oversee leasing for a portfolio of 10 to 18 affordable-housing communities from a primarily virtual environment. You will manage lead follow-up, tours, applications, waitlists, and lease conversions while ensuring occupancy stays at or above 98%.

The role requires strong knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing programs, with duties spanning prospect engagement, processing, data management, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• 3–5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Centralized leasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and SMS to sustain leasing momentum.
• Oversee tours, applications, waitlists, and lease conversions across a portfolio of communities.
• Maintain accurate leasing and marketing information; monitor occupancy and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC/HUD program rules in all leasing activities.
• Record interactions in EliseAI CRM and coordinate timely follow ups.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to move prospects from inquiry to signed lease; travel as needed.
