Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements and collects rents.
• Directs bookkeeping and manages receipts and disbursements.
• Arranges property maintenance and upgrades within budget.
• Sells or finances properties with owner guidance.
• Oversees occupancy, leases, and property condition reporting.
