Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a property management professional in Florida to prepare lease agreements, collect rents, and oversee bookkeeping and maintenance within the annual budget. Qualifications include an Associate degree or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience; property management or leasing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate1 degree (A.A.) or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year related experience preferred.
• Experience in property management or leasing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lease or rental agreements for lessees and collects rents.
• Directs bookkeeping functions and manages disbursements and receipts.
• Coordinates maintenance, upkeep, and reconditioning per Annual Operating Budget.
• Assists with tenant evictions in accordance with court orders and owner directions.
