TRG Management in Miami, FL is seeking a Property Manager to oversee lease administration, accounting, and on-site operations across residential properties. You will prepare leases, collect rents, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance and vendor services.

Ideal candidates have an AA degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience; strong organization and customer service skills; experience with evictions and portfolio reporting is a plus.

Formación

• AA degree or 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare lease or rental agreements and collect rents.
• Direct bookkeeping and credit/debit client accounts.
• Coordinate maintenance within the Annual Operating Budget.
• Hire or contract security, maintenance, and on-site staff as needed.
• Purchase supplies per the Annual Operating Budget.
• Monitor occupancy and lease expirations.
• Assist clients with financing, purchasing, or selling property.
• Prepare inventory of building contents and report to owner.
• Arrange utility transfers for tenants.
• Assist with tenant evictions per court directions.
