Responsabilidades

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, and forecasting requirements.
• Maintains property by addressing tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, and planning repairs.
• Secures property by maintaining security devices and responding to emergencies.
• Accepts ownership for new requests and explores value-added opportunities.
• Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing data.
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting deposits.
