Flagship Communities in Kentucky seeks an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. You will oversee daily operations, resident relations, and leasing activities, including selling and renting homes and leasing lots when customers buy outside our company, while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in property management, a strong sales orientation, and a detail‑oriented, personable approach.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–5 years of property management experience.
• Experience in multifamily community management and leasing operations.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.

Responsabilidades

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, showing units.
• Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action.
• Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations.
• Secures property by maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures.
• Accomplishes organization goals by owning tasks and seeking opportunities to add value.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposits.
