Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in Property Management.
• Experience in leasing homes and lots.
• Excellent customer service and resident relations.
• Ability to manage daily operations and vendor relationships.

• Comfort with sales aspects of home leasing/purchasing.
• Reliable transportation and absence of legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; referrals from current tenants; showing units.
• Achieves financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, and scheduling expenditures.
• Maintains property by addressing tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting units, and planning renovations.
• Secures property by maintaining security devices and policies; responding to emergencies.
• Drives organizational goals by owning new requests and adding value to the role.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Negotiates leases and collects security deposits from tenants.
