Flagship Communities is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. The role emphasizes resident relations, daily operations, and achieving occupancy and financial objectives.

You will sell and rent homes, lease lots, and manage vendor relationships to maintain a safe, attractive community. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven, with 2-5 years in property management and a proven ability to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of experience in Property Management.
• Experience with leasing and rent collection is beneficial.
• Strong focus on resident relations and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals, and showing units.
• Collects rents, pays bills, forecasts requirements, and analyzes variances.
• Maintains property by addressing tenant complaints, enforcing rules, and planning repairs.
• Secures property by maintaining security devices and procedures; responding to emergencies.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Negotiates leases and collects security deposits from tenants.
