Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. The role focuses on community management, resident relations, and daily operations, including selling and renting homes and leasing lots for buyers outside the company.

The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent customer service. The position requires 2-5 years of property management experience and offers opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies; obtain referrals; show units.
• Accomplish financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
• Maintain property by resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules; inspecting units and coordinating repairs.
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposits.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
