Flagship Communities is seeking an experienced Property Manager for a Manufactured Housing Community. The role focuses on community management, resident relations, and daily operations, including selling and renting homes and leasing lots for external buyers.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and customer-service driven, with 2–5 years in property management. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for advancement.

Responsabilités

• Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtains referrals and shows units.
• Remains financially objective by collecting rents and forecasting requirements.
• Maintains property by addressing tenant complaints and planning repairs or renovations.
• Secures property by maintaining security and enforcing policies.
• Accepts ownership for new requests and seeks value-added opportunities.
• Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing data.
• Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting deposits.
