Job summary

Weyland Ventures is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee maintenance and repairs of leased commercial and residential properties, plan and budget for building modifications, and act as a tenant liaison. You will coordinate vendor bids, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure projects meet timelines and budget constraints.

The role requires a technical degree and 3–5 years in maintenance with supervisory responsibility, with facilities management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with technical training in factory/plant/building/real estate maintenance.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in a maintenance field with supervisory responsibilities.
• Facilities management experience preferred; ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversees coordination of maintenance/general repair and upkeep of leased properties.
• Reviews vendor contracts annually, secures bids, and provides analysis with recommendations to leadership.
• Ensures repair/maintenance projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manages tenant requests with timely responses and prioritizes repairs by severity.
• Initiates planned maintenance programs for various leased properties.
• Manages receiving of related supplies and preventive maintenance of facility equipment.
• Oversees work order system and key access for leased properties.
• Assists with development and implementation of annual budget; oversees residential leasing agents.
