Job summary

Westminster Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team across multifamily communities. You’ll oversee daily tasks, inspections, and vendor coordination, ensuring high standards of safety and resident satisfaction.

You’ll mentor staff, manage budgets, and report on maintenance metrics while maintaining compliance with regulations. A driver’s license is required and prior experience with Yardi is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management or 5+ years in property management.
• Knowledge of maintenance practices, safety protocols, and fair housing regulations.
• Proven leadership with a track record of mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a dynamic maintenance team to deliver top-notch service.
• Oversee community maintenance, service requests, preventive and emergency repairs.
• Maintain maintenance programs and inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure a safe, clean living environment for residents and staff.
