Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs needed.
• Plans work assignments and project schedules for building systems.
• Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Coordinates renovations and new construction with vendors and management.
• Ensures work is completed safely and on time.
