General Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to assist in managing an apartment community in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will show apartments, convert prospects to leases, and complete leasing paperwork while maintaining occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include lease preparation, move-in orientations, office operations, and coordinating turnover schedules. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with some weekend work

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of leasing experience in a computerized environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of residency and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Lease apartments at optimum rent levels and minimize vacancies.
• Show apartments and convert prospects to secured leases.
• Prepare and process leasing paperwork; conduct move-in orientations.
• Manage office operations and ensure adherence to policies.
• Coordinate with service on turnover scheduling and maintain occupancy.
