Greystar in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and support move-ins.

The role requires a weekday schedule with some weekend rotation, familiarity with on-site software like OneSite or Yardi, and ability to respond to resident

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate any outstanding items with maintenance.
• Stay informed about market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community and follow programs to boost occupancy.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and meeting renewing residents.
