Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year leasing experience in a computerized environment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Skills: strong sales, customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Leasing apartments at optimum rent levels and minimizing vacancies.
• Convert walk-in prospects into secured leases and schedule appointments.
• Perform move-in orientations and prepare leases.
• Maintain occupancy and customer satisfaction through resident relations.
• Collect delinquent rent and manage rent payments in the office system.
• Answer phones, manage office operations, and coordinate with service vendors.
