Job summary

ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at multifamily communities. You will lead leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations while driving revenue through effective pricing and service.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership and customer service. You will hire and train teams, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure compliance and financial record accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager in multifamily is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of property management software and marketing of communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations: leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates.
• Hire, train, and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance to complete work orders, move-ins, and service requests.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Perform regular property inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare budgets, track financials, and analyze performance.
• Address resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
