ZRS Management LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multifamily communities, ensuring efficiency and profitability while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations; develop marketing strategies; conduct market research to set competitive rents; hire and supervise staff; coordinate maintenance, move-ins, and renewals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is a must; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily apartment industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate maintenance team for timely work orders, move-ins, make ready and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
