Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to effectively manage a team, including employees and vendors; negotiate lease/contract language.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all lease administration duties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies, codes, regulations, and directives.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection processes and complete required inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; track variances and CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract all property leases in lease administration software accurately.
• Coordinate with third-party owners and accounting for contract compliance and reporting.
• Oversee tenant and building construction work to ensure timely completion; communicate with client teams.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings to align with client goals.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, external and internal clients.
