Job summary

Haven Property Management seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee relationships between homeowners, tenants, and the company. You will act as the steward of property owners’ interests while ensuring a safe, pleasant tenant experience and promoting Haven’s service offerings.

You will communicate clearly, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver tasks on time or faster, including on-site visits and inspections across assigned properties in the Puget Sound region.

Qualifications

• Real estate license for the relevant state is required.
• Proven property management experience and tenant relations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle tasks.
• Proficiency with AppFolio, Monday.com, Teams and Office tools.
• Knowledge of local property laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner relations with follow-up and follow-through.
• Conduct new owner meetings and property evaluations.
• Execute owner management agreements and renewals.
• Perform property pre-inspections and implement agreed items.
• Upload properties into AppFoilo and manage showings.
• Show properties to tenants and review applications.
• Manage move-in processes and tenant relations ongoing.
• Carry out property inspections and lease renewals as needed.
• Handle move-out work and property turns.
• Address escalations from other departments.
