Job summary

Real Property Management is seeking a Property Manager to lead a team and manage property operations in Vancouver, WA. You will advise owners on rent pricing, oversee leasing and maintenance, and ensure high service levels for residents and owners.

Responsibilities include hands-on showings, applications, and maintenance coordination when needed, with a focus on occupancy, delinquency, budgeting, and marketing performance.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of various computer software.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Team management — oversee a team including leasing, maintenance and other staff.
• Educate and advise property owners on rent pricing and maintenance decisions.
• Hands-on duties: conduct showings, process applications, and assist with maintenance when needed.
• Monitor property performance metrics such as occupancy, delinquency, budget variance and marketing.
