Holland Residential LLC is seeking a proactive leasing professional to join our Seattle team as Assistant Property Manager. You will assist the Property Manager with daily operations, supervise staff, and drive leasing programs to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Multi-family leasing experience required.
• 1–2 years in residential or commercial property management.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience required.
• Sales experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Property Manager.
• Supervise staff and assist Regional Property Manager in absence of Property Manager.
• Meet and greet prospects, visitors, and residents and provide customer support.
• Explain lease agreements and policies clearly to residents.
• Maintain knowledge of property pricing, floor plans, and amenities.
• Develop leasing programs and ensure program success.
• Attend meetings and inspect property areas for improvements.
• Interview prospective residents and determine tenancy eligibility.
• Maintain leasing activity records and input into property management software daily.
• Process deposits, rents, and other funds; deposit funds daily.
• Report delinquent rents and stay updated on relevant laws.
• Handle resident issues promptly and document appropriately.
• Assist with marketing, ads, signage, and promotions.
• Maintain lease expiration schedule and occupancy targets.
• Stay informed on market studies and new promotions.
