TI Communities in Renton, WA seeks a Property Manager to lead the onsite team and drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial results. You will supervise staff, manage leasing programs, ensure property upkeep, and collaborate with the regional director to meet budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family housing management.
• Knowledge of property bookkeeping and financials.
• Ability to lead a team and connect with people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in high-volume, sometimes stressful environments.
• Entrata software experience is preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• ARM or CAM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and development for onsite team.
• Supervise staff, schedules, duties and conflict resolution.
• Oversee resident retention, leasing, and occupancy goals.
• Handle resident relations and requests with care.
• Drive financial results and budgeting.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies.
• Lead sales and leasing processes and marketing.
• Coordinate maintenance and property inspections.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and TI policies.
