Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our residential communities. The role emphasizes leasing and occupancy management, financial oversight, and staff supervision to ensure high service levels.

You will lead onsite teams, handle resident relations, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while coordinating with regional leadership on budget and asset plans.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in onsite property management, including leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Exposure to property management software and accounting software; Yardi experience a plus.
• Ability to review, understand and report financial information.
• Understanding of marketing techniques and budgeting.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Must be able to tour the community with clients, including stairs.
• May require valid driver’s license and state license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial performance of the property by overseeing rents, occupancies and expenditures.
• Supervise resident retention, renewal and leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Oversee resident relations, including handling calls, requests and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and federal/local regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff effectively.
• Oversee daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections; work with Regional Property Manager.
• Assist with annual asset business plans and budget forecasts.
• Audit and enforce lease file policy.
