Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• One to two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction.
• Ensure efficient lease administration and rent collection.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff as needed.
• Respond to resident complaints and maintain communication with corporate office.
