Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the overall operations of our RiverPointe property in the United States. You will manage lease administration, rent collection, vendor contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting to ensure a superior resident and client experience.

Responsibilities include leading the property team, achieving client expectations, implementing marketing plans, and ensuring compliance with the management agreement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two to three years in property management required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locales.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, and marketing in line with company standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision for development.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to operations guidelines within the management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and corporate office on maintenance and enforcement of rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
• Organize site disaster and evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
