Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience with ability to motivate teams.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or KPI attainment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance of each managed property.
• Implement and maintain resident relations program to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Create and execute property marketing strategy to attract new residents and support brand messaging.
• Assist with leasing and renewals in line with procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Maximize net collected rent (NCR) for properties.
• Oversee vendor expenses and ensure timely payments within budget.
• Prepare operational performance reports and annual budgets for properties.
• Provide guidance on capital projects and rehab needs.
• Hire, train, and lead team members to high performance.
• Mentor colleagues to foster growth and development.
