Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Prior sales experience with a strong sales aptitude and drive to close the sale.
• Experience overseeing financial/back-end operations for a team.
• Familiar with budgeting and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments using proven sales skills.
• Advertise and market properties daily via social media and other platforms.
• Tour and present property and available homes to prospective residents and close sales.
• Maintain relationships with residents and respond to requests and concerns.
• Document communications in customer management systems.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy.
