Job summary

Goldmark Property Mangement Inc is seeking a Property Manager 2 to oversee multifamily properties, lead teams, monitor finances, and drive resident satisfaction. You will manage leasing, marketing, budgets, and capital projects while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and brand standards.

Starting salary is $59,000 (or more based on experience). Benefits include rent discounts, PTO, holidays, and a comprehensive health/retirement package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with ability to motivate teams.
• 2+ years handling financial reporting, budgeting, or KPI goals.
• Proficient with standard office software and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance as required.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance for each property.
• Lead resident relations program to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Develop property marketing strategy to attract residents and support branding.
• Assist with leasing and renewal processes per policy and Fair Housing.
• Maximize net collected rent (NCR) and monitor budgets.
• Oversee vendor expenses and ensure timely payments within allocations.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets and presentations for properties.
• Advise on capital projects and rehab needs to enhance property value.
• Hire, train and lead teams; mentor colleagues for growth.
