Job summary

Goldmark Property Management is seeking a Property Manager Float to oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of several multifamily properties, lead resident relations, and drive occupancy and profitability.

This experienced manager will implement marketing strategies, manage leasing and renewals, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws. Starting salary is $64,500 annually, with additional incentives based on experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business or related field preferred; or 2–4 years’ related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Prior property management experience in multi-family environment preferred.
• Familiar with Fair Housing laws and applicable regulations.
• Yardi Property Management Software preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance per company requirements.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall financial performance of each managed property.
• Implement and maintain resident relations program to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Create and implement property marketing strategy to attract residents and retain them.
• Assist with leasing and renewal process in line with Fair Housing requirements.
• Maximize net collected rent for properties.
• Oversee vendor expenses to stay within budget allocations.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and presentations.
• Provide guidance on capital projects and rehab needs.
• Hire, train, and lead team members; mentor growth.
• Support growth and development of fellow team members.
