Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
• Strong customer service and occupancy management skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Market and lease to attract and retain residents and meet occupancy goals.
• Process rental applications and ensure compliance with housing standards.
• Create marketing plans based on market trends and pricing.
• Collect rents, manage invoices, analyze finances and expenditures.
• Coordinate vendor services and maintenance to maintain property appeal.
• Foster positive resident relations and address issues promptly.
• Deliver high-level customer service and manage vendor contracts.
