Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance.
• Prior experience in property management preferred but not required.
• National Apartment Leasing Profession (NALP) certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Tour and present the property to prospective residents.
• Manage the leasing and renewal process per company procedures.
• Conduct property and apartment inspections.
• Advertise and market properties using social media.
