Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Technical savvy and comfort navigating multiple software systems and browser-based applications.
• The ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and resolve resident concerns with empathy and accountability.
• A results-oriented mindset with an interest in sales, customer service, and achieving performance goals.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing performance and maintain strong occupancy through tours and follow-ups.
• Use our CRM to manage leasing pipeline and coordinate with departments to drive results.
• Serve as the primary contact for residents and ensure timely, empathetic communication.
• Oversee property operations with regular inspections and maintenance coordination.
• Manage rent collection and address delinquency issues promptly and professionally.
• Promote safety and cleanliness standards and uphold property performance.
