Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in business or related subject preferred.
• 3 years leadership experience.
• 2 years experience overseeing financial reporting or budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall financial performance of each managed property.
• Drive resident relations program to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Create property marketing strategy to attract residents and align with brand.
• Assist with leasing and renewal process per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Maximize net collected rent (NCR).
• Oversee vendor expenses and budget adherence.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and presentations.
• Advise on capital projects and rehab needs.
• Hire, train, and lead teams to excel.
• Mentor team members to support growth.
