The Galman Group is seeking a sensational full-time Property Manager to lead all property operations. You will manage staff, coordinate budgets, ensure rents are collected on time, and maintain property condition and occupancy targets.

You will work closely with the Regional Manager to achieve property goals and deliver superior resident service. Join a team that emphasizes strong customer service, operational efficiency, and ongoing staff development.

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Familiarity with computer systems, web apps and software.
• Able to manage deadlines and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations and coordinate staff to meet objectives.
• Assist in annual budget planning with Regional Manager and stay within budget.
• Oversee rent collection and timely deposits; report to corporate daily.
• Coordinate vendor communications and approvals per purchasing policies.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate on-site staff with regional oversight.
• Conduct staff training on leasing, safety, and procedures.
• Ensure lease files are complete and ready for review.
• Maintain property conditions and model apartments; open the office on schedule.
• Attend corporate meetings and provide regular reports to headquarters.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; conduct monthly surveys.
• Welcome prospective residents and handle inquiries and applications.
