The role includes recruiting and training staff, negotiating contracts, supervising maintenance and office teams, and keeping confidential records. A bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience in property management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience.
• Residential Property Manager experience of 4 years or more.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee move-in paperwork and application verifications.
• Ensure security deposits are returned per Delaware State Law.
• Recruit and retain residents; market property to businesses and organizations.

• Train staff and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
