ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our apartment communities. You will focus on exceptional resident service while maximizing revenue, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Responsibilities include leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and staff supervision; plus market research, lease negotiations, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Valid driver's license required; multifamily property management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Research market rates to maintain competitive pricing and maximize revenue.
• Hire, train, supervise and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and admin personnel.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, move-ins, and make-ready tasks.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize resident retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regs.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze performance.
• Resolve resident concerns and foster a positive community atmosphere.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
