ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of apartment communities, ensuring efficiency and profitability while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations, develop marketing strategies, supervise a team, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. A valid driver's license and prior multifamily management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; post-secondary education in business or property management preferred.
• Previous experience as a Property Manager in multifamily is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Conduct market research to determine rental rates and maintain competitive pricing.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate leasing consultants, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely completion of work orders, move-ins, make-ready, and maintenance requests.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize resident retention.
• Perform regular property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Address resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
