Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, focusing on service excellence and revenue growth. You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, resident relations, and supervise a team of leasing consultants and technicians, reporting to the Regional Manager.

A valid driver's license and prior multifamily experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in business or property management preferred.
• Proven ability to manage leasing, maintenance and resident relations.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance and resident relations.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Determine rental rates via market research to stay competitive.
• Hire, train and supervise leasing consultants, maintenance staff and admin.
• Coordinate with maintenance on work orders, move-ins and make-ready tasks.
• Oversee lease renewals and negotiate terms to maximize retention.
• Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Maintain financial records, prepare budgets and analyze performance.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Previous Property Manager experience preferred.
