Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing multifamily properties.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and related property management software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and in-person work responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and in-person team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a designated community.
• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff; provide training and coaching.
• Review lease applications for policy compliance and occupancy goals.
• Manage occupancy, leasing, marketing, and revenue optimization.
• Prepare financial and marketing reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Ensure property maintenance meets quality standards and curb appeal.
• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment, performance, and relations.
