Job summary

TI Communities in Renton, WA is seeking a Property Manager to lead the onsite team, drive leasing activity, and deliver exceptional resident experiences while achieving financial and occupancy goals.

You will supervise staff, coordinate maintenance, monitor budgets, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, and build strong relationships with residents and the community, partnering with leadership to grow the property.

Qualifications

• Multi-family housing management experience.
• Knowledge of property bookkeeping and financials.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume environment.
• Commitment to Fair Housing laws and TI Communities policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, training, and development for the onsite team.
• Supervise staff, including schedules, duties, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee leasing programs to maintain maximum occupancy.
• Manage resident relations and respond to inquiries and concerns.
• Drive financial results to meet income and expense goals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies.
• Lead leasing efforts and mentor the team on sales processes.
• Coordinate with Service Director to maintain property conditions and curb appeal.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks including rent collection, delinquencies, and reporting.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall property appearance.
• Exercise discretion to resolve resident requests and concerns.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and TI policies.
