Job summary

The State of Hawaiʻi, Department of Human Resources Development, is conducting a continuous OH-HI recruitment (OHHI-25099) for property management and facilities roles at various levels, with advancing responsibilities from Level II to Level V.

Qualifications

• Must possess a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.
• Six months to three and a half years of work experience in property management as outlined for different levels.
• Supervisory aptitude demonstrated through lead roles or approved training while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Level II: Assist in management of real properties and facilities.
• Level III: Independently perform varied work in property management.
• Level IV: Perform full range of property management, may supervise lower levels.
• Level V: Working supervisor managing leasing and staff.
