Qualifications

• 1.5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management including acquisition/sale, property evaluation, bids, rental rates, tenant selection, and property maintenance.
• Substitutions allowed as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements.
• A pre-employment fingerprint-based criminal history record check for unescorted access to secured areas (SIDA) and related requirements; costs borne by applicant.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs a variety of work of average scope and complexity in the management of real properties and facilities; and performs other related duties as required.
