Job summary

The Department of Land & Natural Resources is recruiting for a property management role in Hawaii. This continuous recruitment may be closed at any time and requires a bachelor's degree and two-and-a-half years of property management experience, including business or industrial property management.

A valid driver's license is required at appointment. Salary ranges from $5,527 to $6,728 per month (SR-22, steps D–I).

Qualifications

Basic Education: A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Specialized Experience: Two and one-half years of work experience in property management; experience in business, commercial, or industrial real property management.
Substitutions Allowed: Substitutions described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements apply.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

Performs the full range of work in the management of real properties and facilities, including complex tasks.
May supervise lower-level property managers; and performs other related duties as assigned.
