Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CPM/CAM/RMP/CMCA certifications preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Maximize net operating income through budget management and cost control.
• Maintain high occupancy via proactive marketing, leasing strategies, and resident retention.
• Develop and adjust marketing plans based on market conditions and competitor analysis.
• Prepare and submit all required operational and financial reports accurately and on time.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead the on-site team; ensure performance and standards.
• Coordinate vendors and manage turnover of vacant units to company standards.
• Lead daily and weekly team meetings to set goals and provide direction.
