Qualifications

• Oversee daily property operations, financial performance and resident satisfaction.
• Lead on-site teams, ensure safety, maintenance and compliance with policies.
• Develop budgets, marketing plans and leasing tactics to maximize NOI and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Maximize NOI through budget management and cost control.
• Maintain high occupancy via proactive marketing, leasing and retention.
• Prepare operational and financial reports on time.
• Recruit, train and lead the on-site team to meet standards.
• Coordinate vendors and ensure units are turned promptly.
• Lead regular team meetings and uphold property safety standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and address resident concerns.
